Services
Choose by timing, not by guesswork.
Each service answers one question: when does it need to arrive? Here's what each one suits, what to have ready and when to pick something else.
Same-day parcels
One pickup and one drop-off, planned for the day you ask.
- Good for
- An order that must reach a customer today
- Signed documents and keys
- A replacement part or forgotten item
- Have ready
- The parcel packed and sealed
- Pickup and drop-off areas
- When it's ready to collect
- How it runs
- Collected as soon as it's ready and taken straight to one address. No stops for other parcels in between.
- Choose something else if
- You're sending to several addresses, or the date isn't urgent. Scheduled delivery gives you a chosen window.
Scheduled deliveries
A date and time window you choose in advance.
- Good for
- Gifts timed for a birthday or opening
- Event materials that need to arrive before setup
- Deliveries to someone who has to be in
- Have ready
- The date and a morning, afternoon or evening window
- Item size and how many
- Any handling notes, such as fragile or keep upright
- How it runs
- Planned into the chosen window. The recipient knows when to expect it, and nobody waits in all day.
- Choose something else if
- It needs to go today (use same-day) or the same route repeats every week (use recurring).
Recurring business runs
Regular collections from one place, on days agreed once.
- Good for
- Online shops sending orders several times a week
- Studios and workshops returning finished work
- Small food businesses with regular trade orders
- Have ready
- Your pickup area and usual drop-off areas
- Which days, and a collection window
- Typical parcel sizes and packaging
- How it runs
- Same pickup point, same days. Parcels are ready at the door, so each handover takes minutes rather than a phone call.
- Choose something else if
- You send once in a while. Book single deliveries until a pattern appears.

Practical questions
Why doesn't the site show prices?
Morrow is fictional, so there are no real prices to show. A real courier would base the price on distance, size, timing and handling, and confirm it before collection.
Which areas are covered?
The planner uses broad sample areas of Singapore (Central, North, North-East, East and West) to show how a brief is built. They don't describe real coverage.
What shouldn't I send?
Any real courier will have a list of restricted items, typically including hazardous goods, cash and anything illegal to carry. For fragile, heavy or oddly shaped items, say so in the handling notes.
How should I pack?
Seal the box, cushion anything that can move, and label it clearly with the recipient's name and unit number. If it must stay upright, mark it on the box and in the brief.
