About Morrow

Most delivery problems start before pickup.

A wrong unit number. A box that should have stayed upright. A recipient who went out for lunch. Morrow is built on a simple idea: ask the right questions first, and the delivery itself gets easier.

Morrow is fictional. It has no founding story, team or track record to report, so this page describes its approach instead.

Three working principles

  • Clear briefs

Area, size, count, timing and handling, captured before anything moves. The planner is built around exactly these questions.

  • Careful handovers

Parcels change hands at a door, not a drop box. Handling notes travel with the parcel, so "keep upright" still applies at the other end.

  • Honest timings

Windows you can plan around, not promises that look good on a banner. If a time can't be met, you should hear before it's missed.

What you'd notice

  • Before: a short set of questions instead of a long form
  • At pickup: a courier who already knows what's being collected
  • On the way: the handling notes you gave, followed
  • At drop-off: a handover to the person or place you named

About this website

This site is a workshop demonstration of a complete small-business website journey. In practice, that means:

  • Morrow Delivery, its services and its approach are invented.
  • There are no prices, reviews, customer logos, statistics or guarantees, because none would be true.
  • The delivery planner is a sample. It asks for no personal details, sends nothing and creates no booking.
  • AI-generated illustrative images and video. Landmarks appear only as a Singapore setting.
