For businesses

A delivery routine you set once.

Recurring runs are for small businesses that send parcels out several times a week. Agree the pickup, the days and the packaging once. After that, each collection is a quick handover at your door.

A courier in a navy jacket with lime trim hands a kraft parcel box to a shop owner in a denim apron at the shop doorway.

Who it suits

If you're booking the same kind of delivery more than twice a week, a set routine is usually simpler.

  • Independent shops sending online orders to customers across the island
  • Studios and workshops returning finished pieces, prints or repairs
  • Small food and drink businesses with regular packaged trade orders
  • Offices moving documents between two sites on set days

How a run is set up

Four steps, with the detail settled before the first pickup.

  1. Map the run

Your pickup point, the areas you usually send to and the days you need.

  2. Agree the handover

Who hands parcels over, where they wait and the collection window.

  3. Settle packaging

Standard box sizes and labels, so every parcel is ready to go.

  4. Review and adjust

Change days or windows as your order pattern changes.

Agree these first

  • A named contact at your business for missed or changed collections
  • A cut-off time after which parcels wait for the next run
  • What happens on public holidays and when you close
  • Failed deliveries: retry, return to you or leave with a neighbour

Morrow is fictional, so these are the questions a real courier should answer before you commit, not terms on offer here.

Sketch your run

Sample planner. Choose your days, collection window and usual areas, then review a summary. Nothing is sent and no booking is made.
