Who's behind this

Good businesses don't always need more advice. Sometimes they need someone to work through things with them.

Your Launchpad Partner was built around a simple idea: business owners shouldn't have to figure everything out alone. We help make sense of the numbers, work through what support may be relevant, and find practical ways to make the business easier to run.

Why we built this

Running a business means making decisions with incomplete information.

Sometimes the books aren't where they need to be. Sometimes there may be support available, but it's difficult to know whether it actually applies. Sometimes the problem isn't a lack of effort — it's that too much of the work is manual.

We started Your Launchpad Partner because we believe practical help should begin with understanding the problem, not selling a package.

A note from Liwen

A note from Liwen.

I've spent years looking at businesses through the numbers. But numbers are never the whole story.

I'm a Chartered Accountant in Singapore and a former CFO. My perspective is grounded in understanding how businesses actually operate — not simply what appears in the accounts.

The emphasis is always on clarity: what the numbers actually mean, and what a practical next step looks like from here.

A note from Min En

Min En brings a background in financial planning and analysis, and a practical understanding of automation. Her role bridges financial information, day-to-day workflows, and the repetitive work that useful automation can take off someone's plate.

How we think

Two perspectives, one practical approach.

Liwen

The numbers.

Where the business actually stands, once the accounts are in order.

Min En

The work.

How to make that information useful day to day, without the repetitive manual effort.

Between the two of us, you get someone who understands the accounts and someone who understands how to make them useful day to day.

What we believe

Five things we try to hold to.

01

Start with the problem.

Not the package. We'd rather understand what's actually going on first.

02

Keep it practical.

Advice that doesn't turn into a next step isn't worth much.

03

Be honest.

Including when the honest answer is "not yet" or "not us."

04

Add value.

If we can't, we'd rather say so than fill the time.

05

Treat the business like it matters.

Because it's not just a business to the person who built it.

Worth saying plainly

We're not here to sell you everything.

We won't always be the right people for every problem. If someone else is better suited to help, we'll say so. We'd rather help you find the right answer than sell you something that doesn't make sense.

One step at a time

You don't need to have everything figured out before you reach out.
