Where it usually starts
Running a business is already complicated enough.
You don't need another complicated solution.
Your books are behind and you're not sure what's actually true.
There may be support available, but you're not sure what's relevant.
You're doing the same manual work every week.
You're not sure what needs fixing first.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you reach out.
The foundation
One foundation. Four ways we can help.
Each discipline follows its own working logic — watch it resolve as you scroll.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Get your numbers in order. Clearer records, clearer decisions, less guesswork about where the business actually stands.

Not sure what's available? Let's find out. We'll help you explore what may be relevant to your business — and be straight with you about what isn't.
Learn more about Grants & Funding Support →Automation & AI
If you're doing the same thing every week, there's probably a better way. We start with the actual work, then decide whether automation or AI genuinely helps.

A note from Liwen.
I've spent years looking at businesses through the numbers. But numbers are never the whole story.
I'm a Chartered Accountant in Singapore, and before this I worked as a CFO — which mostly taught me that the hardest part of running a business is rarely the accounting itself. It's knowing what to do next.
That's what Your Launchpad Partner is built around: getting the numbers right, understanding what support might genuinely be relevant, and using practical technology to take some of the repetitive work off your plate — one useful step at a time, not everything at once.
And I'm not doing this alone.
A note from Min En
Min En brings a background in financial planning and analysis, and a similar impatience with numbers that sit in a spreadsheet without helping anyone decide anything. She's usually the one asking "okay, but what are we going to do with this" — and then building the automation that answers it.
Between the two of us, you get someone who understands the accounts and someone who understands how to make them useful day to day.
